Mrs. Cleans Atlanta has been providing local residents with flexible and reliable residential cleaning services since 2006. We’ve cleaned hundreds of home a week for the past four years! We tailor our service to suit your needs.
How do I know you can trust the people you send to my home?
Every Mrs. Cleans Atlanta cleaning agent undergoes a rigourous screening process. They are thoroughly trained and background checked for your safety. Trust is vital in our business. We pride ourselves on having earned the trust of hundreds and hundreds of customers throughout the years of our company’s success.
Will I have any liability or need to pay any taxes if I hire a housekeeper?
No . Mrs. Cleans Atlanta’s goal is to reduce the number of your responsibilities
Most homeowners are unaware of the risks of hiring independent cleaners, who often pass the liability for work-related injuries and the responsibility of payroll taxes onto their clients.
As a professional cleaning service, we are responsible for all elements of our staff’s employment, including payroll taxes and Workman’s Compensation in the event of an injury. The only thing you ever need to worry about is how we can best serve you.
How do I get started?
It’s as easy as giving us a call!
The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate.
We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you.
Together we will create a service to suit your needs, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized , consistent and timely service.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
Mrs. Cleans Atlanta offers regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little help.
Our mos popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, We only allow our clients to sign a contract if they would like to lock in their current rate for a long period of time.
Do I have to be home when the cleaning agents come?
You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.
Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.
Will I always have the same housecleaner?
We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.
We may need to change your cleaning agent depending on our staffing needs for the day.
What if something in my home gets damaged or broken?
In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaces.
If something in your home is irreplaceable or an antique then our office must be notified at the time of becoming a Mrs. Cleans Atlanta client. Mrs. Cleans Atlanta reserves the right not to clean such items.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
Our goal is to give you the best possible cleaning every time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free. If it is more than 24 hours you will be assessed a minimum cleaning charge of $69. We are not responsible for anything that is not satisfactory after 24 hours.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment is due at the time of service and on the day that the service is performed.
New Clients must pay by credit card online.
Regular Clients may pay by check, visa or mastercard.
One –time cleans require a credit card payment.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we do! Mrs. Cleans Atlanta makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend out through a difficult time. What ever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you.
What if I have a pet?
Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets. Pets must be secure while our cleaning agents are cleaning.
This is for the protection of your pets as well as the cleaning agents.
Should I tip my cleaning agent?
Tips for our cleaners are neither expected or required. However, for a job well done you may include a tip with your form of payment.
What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you the month before to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?
Our employees are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff.
Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of two years from the date that employee last worked for Mrs. Cleans Atlanta.
