The Consultation:
A representative will call you to do a telephone consultation and schedule a home walk through. This process involves gathering information about your home and your cleaning needs. We will review your cleaning expectations, Mrs. Cleans Atlanta Policies, Service guide, payment schedules and any questions or concerns you may have.
Clientele:
Mrs. Cleans Atlanta Cleaning Services provides residential homes, vacant apartments, rental and commercial properties with a quality cleaning service to both residents or business owners, of Metro Atlanta Area. On an average 40% of our client bas consist of one person households, in which the residents work away from home an average of 12 hours a day. Another 40% of our clients are single family homes with multiple responsibilities: Children, family activities, and involvement with community events and the other 20 % of our clients are business owners who rely on our service to keep their work space tidy.

Mrs. Cleans Atlanta offers $30 cash in hand for any and all completed referrals.

***Please Read Carefully***
1) Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will provide service according to your service package. Any additional services that are outside of the service package guidelines will be assessed an additional fee. You will be notified of what the additional cost is before any additional work is performed.
2) If for any reason you cancel your scheduled cleaning service you must re-book your appointment for an available time slot during the same week as your regularly scheduled time. If an alternate time slot is not available, your cleaning will be on your next scheduled day.
3) Please arrange prior to your first service, the way of entry into your home. If you will not be at home on your day of service, please have someone available to let our cleaning agent in or please submit a key to our office, or please let our office know where the key will be located. If you will be home on the day of your service, we ask that you please refrain from interfering with the process of cleaning your home. Our cleaning agents can’t clean your home properly if you prevent access from an area of your home that is being occupied at the time of your cleaning. Our agents will not ask you to excuse yourself, they will move on to the next area of your home and may not have additional time to go back to clean the area.
4) Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will provide all cleaning supplies unless specified by the client. Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will not use any cleaning products that contain chlorine bleach. This is a liability for our company and it is against our company policy. We use commercial grade products that clean and disinfect, if the client provides their own cleaning products they will have to ensure that there is an adequate supply of it on hand. Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will not remind you to refill your products. We will use our own products if necessary.
5) Mrs. Cleans Atlanta has a proven system to clean your home. We are always open to suggestions on how you would like your home to be cleaned, but please do not tell the cleaning staff how to perform their duties. They are fully trained and capable to perform their job details.
6) Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will not move any furniture (we will not be held liable if at the customers request a piece of furniture is damaged by moving it).

Mrs. Cleans Atlanta provides service between
6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mon thru -Sat and on
Sunday from 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.

8:00 am and 9:00 pm,
e-mail may be sent at anytime. Our general response is 24-36 hours.
If you need same day or next day service please state that in your message or e-mail (extra charge will apply for same day service).

Cancellations:
Please phone for all cancellations 770-875-1222. Cancellations must be given within 48 hours.
We ask that you give us this time so that we may adjust our schedule to accommodate another client. The only exception is inclement weather. You will be charged a $ 25 cancellation fee if less than 48 hours notice is given. Please be sure of all dates and times when you schedule your cleaning appointments. Calling to cancel the morning of a scheduled service is inappropriate. Mrs. Cleans Atlanta’s cleaning agents start their day very early and are already on the road by the time you cancel. We understand that emergencies can arise, and that you may have to cancel without giving 48 hours noticed, but we ask that you please reserve such cancellations for emergencies only.
7) All requests for additional loads of laundry must be requested prior to your cleaning date. Customers must provide all necessary laundry supplies. All laundry must be sorted the client. Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will not put away your laundry. Mrs. Cleans Atlanta is not responsible for any damage that may occur to any clothing items while being washed or dried.
8) Please take note that all wood floors will be dry mopped & damp mopped. All wood floors are installed by your builder with either a satin, semi or hi-gloss finish. If your floors are not a hi-gloss finish (polyurethane) the floors will have a natural shine after they are cleaned.
9) Please secure all valuables (cash, jewelry, etc). Although our cleaners are bonded, our company would prefer that these items be put away in a safe place on your cleaning day.
10) Please make sure that all toys, shoes, large items are placed away.
11) If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will make every effort to satisfy you. We offer a 24 hr guarantee. If you call the office within 24 hours a service agent will re-clean the area of your home that was unsatisfactory. However, payment is due at the time of service. All problems or concerns can and should be directed to our main office 770-875-1222 where they can be handled appropriately.
12) Please remember that payment is due at the time of service. Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will not wait around for payment. If payment is not left visible for our cleaning agents to see it, Mrs. Cleans Atlanta reserves the right to deny your cleaning service for that day. All cash or check payments must be placed in a sealed envelope and place at site on the day of service. If paying by credit card or pay pal, please let the office know that when you schedule your service.
13) Please remember that our cleaners are service professionals, they work very hard to ensure the cleanliness of your home. Tips are allowed and greatly appreciated. Please include any and all tips in your form of payment. Include tips along with your payment in the sealed envelope.
14) Mrs. Cleans Atlanta will provide emergency or same day service upon request (extra charges apply).
15) All pets must be contained or placed in a separate area. This is to ensure the safety of your pets as well as our employees.
